Fourth coffee. Trying to decide whether my trust issues with the road surface are sufficient to force me into cycling indoors.

Ness
this morning was the first morning he has been up before I have left for work since he retired 3 months ago
Bloody L, Pix! Shows how spoiled I was! Mr Ness used to get up every morning when I was still working to make my morning cuppa and to make sandwiches to take in to work with me.
Back home after taking mum shopping. Now having lunchtime sandwich and cup of tea.
