Have done my own washing! ie put my kit in the machine cos it was still wet from this morning's run. Made a cup of tea. Might clean the bathroom and en-suite so I have more time to do other stuff tomorrow.

Cleaned the bathroom and started mucking out Daughter’s room. Spent ages connecting the tv in there ( no idea where is came from, probably Eldest dumped it there) to the internet to see if it still worked before taking it to tip. Ended up taking other stuff to recycling centre/tip instead and popping into Sainsbury’s. Not sure where the day has gone. Will do the run-rest day Garmin has set for tomorrow today instead.

And non-mundanely, the blue badge application I did for mum yesterday has already been approved - they said up to 8 weeks! Have now paid for that for her.

Bike ride done. Sister phoned so stopped me doing all the other things I need/should be doing. I managed to make and eat my lunch while she was on though.
