Checked through the freezer for beetroot burgers and the like and it contained one veggie pie, with shortcrust pastry = gluten. Could not bear to throw it out so it is stuck at the back for an emergency. Dug out the last of the fish cakes, which I think contains oat crumble rather than wheat. Took it out for tonight. Quick lunch then shops. First time in 6 weeks: not bad! But have depleted fridge and freezer and pantry.
