Why ask for my advice and then not listen when I suggest a slight change…. So my nephew long term would love to work overseas. Would you put that in the covering paragraph of an application for an apprenticeship - it does require him to live away from home (Birmingham) which is fine say you want to live independently but I personally wouldn’t make it key to my life goals at this stage. It’s a development conversation once you’re in? I am out of date having stayed where I am for 26 years |
