It's clearly got a lot worse since we were there last; I'd got the builder lined up to come and look at it when we're next down in February but by the look of it it needs tackling sooner rather than later. Luckily son2 is happy to let the builder in to look at it next week, but that doesn't mean he'll be able to fix it next week It would help if it stopped raining now and again.
