For some reason we call Scotch pancakes dropped scones… I have a panckae girdle, last time I used it was to make welsh cakes over the fire when we had a long power cut. Pilates done. Coffee being drunk now. The mad ganache is just about set enough to cover the cake, suppose I’d better do that now.
