Thank you Pix and Ness xx I used to do a FetchStretch in Hyde Park, when still in London and it was AMAZING! With Fetchies coming from wide and far.
In my classes, no prior flexibility required but be prepared and amazed how one can gain or awaken flexibility :)

Right:
Studying, on my outside sofa, under my new woollen blanket, keeping body warm and head cool.
Perfect!

AL - that's reminded me that my mum bought Son2 a big recipe book full of budget meals when he (briefly!) went to Uni and he never took it with him. I think I'd do well to dig that out right now.

Definitely wish I was in your area.

Making an old student recipe here - tuna fish pie!

I popped over to my sister's house on Friday last week. We were reminiscing about the old days and she mentioned coming to Bristol to visit me while I was a student and me making her fish pie. I said I'd have to find the recipe and make it again for her some time.

I often make a tuna fish pie from a Scottish slimmer recipe book.

I'm not sure if this was ever a recipe. A friend used to make it and I took it with me! It was always popular when the kids were little.

After a week of no alarm or 10 days as my mum pointed out (🤷‍♀️) my alarm is back on
Run commute so I no doubt I’ll be restless tonight worrying about not getting up!

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
