Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hayfever? Or bits of grease on the hob?

Ordered some crochet hooks, in the hope that THIS TIME I’ll be able to work out how to crochet.

Leftover pasta. It's rather good. I was going to have salad but we need it for dinner.

Very short bike with the kids. Paddling pool out. I'm in my bikini top and shorts. Fake beach day here.

The beach was lovely apart from the haar. Annoyingly it was lovely in our village but not less than 5 miles down the road. I think I’m going to do CPD (read a book) down at our beach.

Been to get measured for my new varifocals. Ended up choosing a new pair of frames for the lenses to go in so I can keep the old ones as spare readers, only cost me £10 more.

Home and in the back garden. I need Asda and I need to visit Alfie (and his mum) as there is white chocolate cheesecake with my name on it but seeing as this is the first day in 9 weeks that I have came home to an empty house I am in the garden enjoying the sun and peace for a bit :-)

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
