Result AR :-) I find if I exercise too early I miss looking forward to going out. Although it puts me in a better mood to begin with #firstworldproblems I took the bullet today in walking c9 round to her friends to drop off a birthday card. Work and school means I couldn’t hang it round much of a walk but I’ve done what I can and very nice it was too despite the drizzle. Everyone still very friendly here

In between Baking I am having a cleaning frenzy. I cannot believe the amount of crumbs that just came out of the toaster.

I'm having neither a baking frenzy nor a cleaning blitz. I really am an A* slattern :-(

(I have heard that a deli a couple of miles away is doing the 'decanting flour into your own container' thing, and I'm too lazy to walk/run/cycle the two miles to find out. I think I might hibernate until the sunny weather returns.)

I changed my Waitrose order a bit and found that they now have yeast and plain and self-raising flour available to order plus bread mixes. But I had to choose between a bread mix and wholemeal bread flour so I guess people are bored of Healthy now and are comfort baking instead of virtue baking :)

I am wearing a hi-viz vest and standing at the top of a flight of stairs to deter anyone from going down.

With distancing, Dio?

HP, I have a Garmin FR45 and love it. There's a small version for small(er) wrists. I don't think I have small wrists but I guess they are smaller than a man's.

Banana. Coffee. LittleD asked to do baking but I put her off for an hour. She was not happy.

Between rain ...
Various lawn seed / lawn repair box contents from garage scattered over patches in lawn.
Ditto with various lawn feed/weed/moss killer / aftercut lawn treatment boxes / plastic tubs.
Garage 'very partly' decluttered of those boxes/containers.

Raining again now, so waiting for lawn to be bright green, moss to go away, & weeds to shrivel up like in the TV ads.

Coffee, killer sudoku & crossword next.

The weeds are the main thing making my lawn green, I have every intention of not killing them!

About This Thread

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
