Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've run out of black ink cartridges for my fountain pen, so I've put in a blue one. As I write its slowly moving through shades of indigo like a clearing storm.

I've just turned the heating on. I think I may do a bit of bathroom cleaning today.

About a third of the way through the longest journal article in the world. It is actually interesting and I’ve created a visual summary on a PPT slide but 45 pages is waaaaay too long.

45 pages? :-0

How is that even permitted by the journal?

I have the first of six 90 minute 'workshops' this afternoon - two a week for the next three weeks - to thrash through something that we'll never implement and no-one wants to pay for anyway. Going into it with just the right attitude...

I don’t know Linds. They use the word synthesis a lot in the opening paragraphs. Maybe that’s the key. They are trying to summarise all research into learning and development in relation to education.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
