Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The bar of soap by my washbasin has become too small to use, so I have replaced it with a new bar.

I thought the thread needed an injection of mundanity, but hadn't realised it was going to be a TOTP.

At last I can work from home! My ‘office’ will be in the dining room, I will need to connect a monitor to my laptop as I am used to working with 2 screens, hopefully I will manage with at dining chair :-)

I always try to stick the sliver of soap left onto the new bar of soap. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. Waste not want not though.

I’m barely washing my hands now we don’t go out. Small consolations!

Tea. Caramel digestive. Not much hope for weight loss in this situation. Still, I guess when we run out of food it will happen.

Trying to take 12-2 for lunch break. Line manager skyped and we were on until 12:15. I have walked the dog. It's quite nice to see people who probably don't usually get out for a walk taking a stroll. Everyone keeping appropriate distance. I am waiting for an egg to boil to go with my salad. I shall have to work and eat.

Tinned salmon and salady stuff.

Watching West Wing (and working). Still don’t understand most of it, still really enjoy it.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
