The highlight of the last TBC was trotting along the river when that rowing event was going on, all that fit talent.....

Well, whatever rows your boat, I suppose...
Elder Daughter-in-law used to row, with a club, on the Thames (they live in Greenwich) but gave it up when pregnant - baby has just turned 1 year, but Mum has not resumed rowing.
Bint - good luck that (Vodafone).

Oh goodness me yes, we didn’t know where to look when all those young men parades past us! I was so glad I had sunglasses on!

What a day. Swimming was good but there was no actual swimming. I was mostly sat in the baby pool supervising toddlers. Lunch followed by the drive home including 2 lay-by pee stops, dog walk, dinner, ice cream, Tesco shop. Got nephew to bed about 10. Shopping unloaded, washing in, bread machine on. We can do it door to door in about 2:45. It took about 6 hours with all the faffage.
