Came home, walked dog and then baked. QP did gooey chocolate cherry cookies which took him ages because he faffs. He started whilst I was dog walking and he had used every bloody surface of the kitchen by the time I came back. Anyway, I made a Baileys cheesecake. I then tried to make Delia's florentines which wouldn't work and weren't quite how I remembered the recipe. I then realised it was a Mary Berry recipe I normally use. They are cooling and dark chocolate will be applied later.
