The feed after today's race is pretry awesome bit I felt so sick I never had anything so my slimming wifie will be pleased on Tues.

Bit of a disaster. Goose fat all over the kitchen floor; and then it turned out M-i-L didn't like goose. Turkey ever since.

The skin is the best! Lizzie, Sussex Social is end of October and called Beachy Head. All welcome whether you run or not, I did the 10k last year and loved it.
