I don't have one any more, I have a stand mixer instead. I think the critical bit is putting the ingredients in the right order, and having in date yeast (I use out of date yeast, but it does lose potency imo)

I've had a couple of Panasonic's..... Both fine until they died ( had a lot of use, so didn't last more than a couple of years) I now have a much cheaper one which has lasted longer and just as good

I don't really like bread bins and they take up too much room on the worktop. It's okay if you have a family and get through loads, but I don't.
I'm hungry, waiting for some bread to defrost so I can make a corned beef sandwich.
