Got absolutely soaked to the skin and cold at the allotment so I went and had a sauna at the gym, had a nice chat with some blokes there. Then I went to the Co-op and bought some food. I forgot to have lunch actually so I might have another hot cross bun.

She would take them to her 'friends' who would upcycle them for crazy money and then she sold them for crazy money plus a bit. Migraine lurking all day. I've done my best to ignore it. Then I had a nap but was rudely awoken by teen crashing out of his room. A he is not. Going to make some dinner so I have eaten before the nausea gets too bad.
