Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just some light shopping and a lot of walking for me yesterday, a bit of an anxious wait for P to finish and saw a few other Orkney folk come in.
Nice meal in the evening overlooking the river.
Waiting for breakfast in b and b then drive home!

Morning

Glad to hear you got round @PeterFay , but sorry you weren't happy with the result. Travel well with @ElspethF today.

Have a nice run with M79 @alehouse

What: walk, indoor cycle?
Why: rainy day today after a week of lovely weather - at least it lasted over the weekend. Gentle exercise for tired legs
Last hard: yesterday's long run. Likely a bit too much of a jump in distance and the hills (1st half!) were tough - I am turning into a John Deere and I think I was pulling a plough behind me as well
