I've just opened my 2.0 and gave it a 5 mile run this morning. Definitely feels a little firmer than 1.0 and 1.5 to me, but I suspect this might be down to insole changing. Just ordered a 2.5 as well to keep for future. Keen to see how the shoe has evolved through every version so far!

I like that they’ve reinforced the eyelets on the 2.5 as I’m always worried I’m going to split the material on the 2.0.

There's an idea. I could remove the insoles and wear thicker socks.

I ran in the 1.5 for a bit using Vivobarefoot insoles.

Just done an unplanned 7 mile progressive run in the Rivera (was thinking I'd do a steady one). They performed pretty well so while I'm unlikely to reach for them for a planned progressive run, their range is expanding for me, the more I run in them.

Nice SPR, glad to hear they're covering more range for you.

Has anyone tried Skinners, socks with a barefoot-style sole sewn in on the bottom? Asked for a pair for Xmas and have tried on for size, not sure about using for running but certain can see myself using it as a minimal out and about shoe in spring and summer.

Interesting 'shoe'. I can I imagine slipping around if they are sock with a durable sole.

Nice Geordie! Let us know how they are once you've ran in them 😁
