Feeling well fed up, had a great MP run Sunday and felt good for my sub 3.30 target. Got home and somehow i've hurt my groin / thigh, not run since so tapering this week will be easy as I can't run/ Just hoping it passes over the week otherwise it's all gone down the toilet

Got 26.51 miles BUT it may have been long due to the diversion, course flooded around Caldecotte
