icemaiden May 2013 4:33pm, 1 May 2013 3,733 posts	0 icemaiden There's plenty of uppage and downage but I wouldn't much fancy the route from 18 onwards when it leaves the canal on tired legs. Most of the uppage seems to be in the latter parts, after the shock of the uppage to CMK at the start.
