I ran London this year for a local charity and they have been in touch to ask about merchandise for their winter 50 mile run/walk challenge:
As a runner, and perhaps you could ask your runner pals too, which option do you think would be more favourable in the running/walking community?
So, the options we have are;
T-shirt (short sleeve then space to wear hoodie or long sleeve top underneath) Cap Snood
The challenge is in January therefore wasn’t sure if a t-shirt would be the best option given the colder weather conditions.
Any thoughts? My vote would be for a cap as I already have enough plastic t-shirts to last me a lifetime.

PS the challenge is 50 miles in one month rather than in one go

another gloves vote here - gloves/buff/gilet are all in my winter wardrobe - along with my waterproof socks and chest torch
Re T-shirt, might be counterintuitive, but in colder weather I'm more likely to put a looser Tshirt over a tighter base layer than the other way round
