Really constructive @LindsD - anyone with a genuine interest in how to make the workplace better for menopausal women should find it helpful.

Adding to the kudos for @LindsD for putting together such an excellent response. I may keep it in case I need one in future! We moved offices recently; the new office space is unbearably hot without aircon, but about half the desks are annoying with aircon as the breeze is too strong, even on the lowest setting. I may check our menopause policy to see what it says! |

I’ve had an eventful time since I last posted but long story short I had a biopsy two weeks ago and today I got a lovely phone call to get the all clear for abnormal cells. It’s been an anxious wait but some positive things have come from a stressful situation. I will probably blog the details if you are interested. One thing though, the uterine biopsy was a bit unpleasant (the local anaesthetic was the worst bit) BUT it was quick and efficiently done. I’m grateful. |
