Agree with the others to go to the GP. A blood test revealed that I was short of Vitamin D and that I should get some supplements.

Sorry, they are 200mg per tablet. I was prescribed 2 per day. I now take just 1 per day. These medino.com Is that a lot of iron supplement? I never fail my Hb drop test at blood donation any more! ![]() |

I weigh 75kg, so that would 1500 - 4500mg per day. |
