... further proof that many marketing folk never understood any chemistry at school (or probably any other science)

Kompact Pro
Catlike brought in the end 90s the future of helmet with this model.
8 years of evolution that have hardly changed the aesthetics of the helmet that made the Catlike name known in the market is not out of style at all.
Kompact is, moreover, the helmet that was named with the feature we base each of our models on, and that makes a Catlike helmet easily recognizable: compact design and reduced volume. A name that captures the essence of this company in what comes to design.
3 years ago, to present the details that have been improved in this model, it came to be known as Kompact Pro. Details such as the monopiece Polycarbonate shell that covers the whole outer surface of the helmet, the inner pins...
For all this, Kompact Pro is the more "Catlike" helmet of the range
21 air intakes
detachable vision
IN MOLD
Prosess in which the hard outer shell and the inner polystyrene become one single piece, increasing the resistance against impact and improving diffusion of the crash energy.
WHEEL RETENTION SYSTEM
Retention system with wheel, that allows to fit the helmet to the head of the rider very easily.
ANTI INSECTS NET
Anti insect net that protects the front holes from insects entering in the space between the helmet and the head of the rider.
DUAL FLOW
An exclusive Catlike design in which the big frontal air intakes are connected to large exit vents located in the rear. This makes the airflow constant inside the helmet, avoiding overheating.
LNP
Low Nape Protection, design is based in a specific lower rear structure that delivers extra protection to the back side of the head.
Whilst there is plenty to go at there I'd like, personally, to own a helmet featuring detachable vision. Presumably for seeing round corners.

Saved yourself with the "many"comment there Drell, it was at university that I failed to understand chemistry.
