Are there really people out there who tumble dry everything separately depending on the list on the front of the machine? "Hmm, I have just washed a load of baby clothes, bedlinen and underwear, let me just separate them so I don't accidentally put a babygro in on the 'delicates' programme, because clearly that would ruin it. And heaven forbid a stray sock went in on the Bed and Bath programme. The fabric of spacetime would crumble, so it would.
