Anyway, completed this morning with a 10k run - had thought about parkrun, but I've been fighting off a lurgi over last couple of days and that didn't seem like a sensible move. Could tell from my HR on run today though that I'm on the mend.
Groundhog Dec 2022 1:23pm, 31 Dec 2022 5,154 posts	0 Groundhog Marco-done with a wet muddy Sandhurst parkrun. RtS and the 160.9 challenge also done which made for a very busy December. I'm glad I did it though and even better, survived with no injuries.

Not done Run the Sum this month, but have also (almost!) done the 160.9 challenge (and the Festive Challenge thingie too) so I don't know about you, but quite frankly I'm knackered now! I am not doing NYD parkrun tomorrow. Or any other 5km run. I'm having a lie in 😴
