Both for our daughter who was running c4hr pace but also later at mile 25ish for those doing 5.5-7hr pace when the crowds have largely gone and the runners/walkers are following the trail of discarded water bottles and negotiating the traffic that starts to cross the route. Arms are tired from all the cowbell ringing! 1st visit to Manchester and enjoyed being able to use the tram to support in multiple places

I too made use of the Trams and its a great way of getting to see the City. I didn’t consider that your arms would tire but being on your feet for so long is hard. Thank you again.
