Managed to scrape under my target of 3:30, although I’d secretly hoped for a PB, but missed it by 1:16. Messed up by going out too ambitious, and not helped by my watch over-measuring by over 400m. Was in serious limp-mode for the last 6k, but managed to grind it out! Can’t decide whether to do it again next year, as I think the price increase is taking the P a bit, but good luck to anyone else who’s in.

Loss of tracking is a shame but didn’t seem to affect my progress. In the latter stages the 4:00 pacer passed me but I went out with the 3:45 pacer and became detached at the 10 mile mark.
