The 32 years of rugby before I took up running (may would confirm that I did not do much running on the pitch!) has taken its toll on my aging body (knees and back mainly), the Kiwi life has also resulted in a few too many kgs being carried round. I have not entirely given up the idea of running again but will not be registering for any Lakeland Trails when I am back in June/July. I hope all is good with you. |
