If I were racing it would be shorts and vest, as it is I'm in jacket. Well done for getting it done Big G - weird about the time discrepancy.

Watching the coverage of the LM on BBC2 I cant believe one of the elite athletes is wearing a rain jacket, so no shame in me heading out doing so. Actually looks quite nice conditions in St James Park

I thought I was joking about having to run out and back along the main road but it's that or going round a loop of around 2 miles. It'll be fine
