Quite a bit of swearing at the start as it said it had already started for little Nina but mileage wasn't counting. Mine tracked mileage OK, had announcements every mile. People were tracking me OK too

Just back from walking the dog - the Met Office's idea of dry and mine aren't quite the same! Hoping it improves.
If I were racing it would be shorts and vest, as it is I'm in jacket.
Well done for getting it done Big G - weird about the time discrepancy.

Good luck anyone running today. I'm about to head out myself but for a more modest run. Watching the coverage of the LM on BBC2 I cant believe one of the elite athletes is wearing a rain jacket, so no shame in me heading out doing so. Actually looks quite nice conditions in St James Park

Quite nice out here. eL Bee! has gone to drive around my proposed route to check the state of the roads after yesterday's persistent heavy rain

Got to make a huge adjustment to my route to avoid floods and crap that's been washed on to the roads. I thought I was joking about having to run out and back along the main road but it's that or going round a loop of around 2 miles.
It'll be fine
