Now all I have to do if persuade my bairn the his Saturday morning judo class is really not for him after all ......................

The all new Gibside parkrun is having two trial runs, this Saturday and 1st February with the first proper run on 22nd February.
We need runners for both trials, so feel free to come along!

From what I recall of Clee, you could do a 5K run on the beach when the tide's out, straight from the prom towards the sea and back
