No - don’t own a pair of full length ones and rarely wear the capri length ones.
Re your point V’rap, I sometimes do that when it’s really cold - it may look weird, but my legs rarely get cold, while my top half does (my shorts aren’t short shorts though, thankfully :-)). I often have to wear two pairs of gloves as my hands get stupidly cold.

I thought it was quite funny that, in total, I was probably wearing less than the runners even though I was in my work clothes, including trousers, and I was just walking.
