Cheg - No names come to mind, but Sky already have their GT leader so a big name there (rather than future potential leaders, which Landa is) doesn't make sense. A classics leader might make sense, especially if Thomas is switching to GTs, but I'd be surprised if Tinkoff let Sagan go. I suppose they could sign some bigish names as doms, but can't see a leader from somewhere else coming as a dom, unless they are from a small team.

The mode of funding cycling has it,s origin with Johnathan Vaughters as he,s been pushing for revenue sharing for some time but with Tinkov, Markov, the EQS backer Bakala?, James Murdoch via Sky(vanity) and a few others effectively using pocket money to fund their teams why would anyone want to revenue share with a billionaire or three. JV is backed by Doug Ellis a mere multi-millionaire of course.

Cav to Mtn, I reckon, but Ed Hood on pez suggested that Cav was definitely leaving EQS.
Landa to Sky, but flower said he wanted to stay at EQS but Bramati screaming at him not to pack might be the straw that sends him to Sky.

Just had a quick google and gave this article a skim read. A little out of date but worth a read I reckon on the Sky team finances.

And I'm not sure about that - with Martin and Renshaw in good shape, EQS have nearly as good a lead-out train as HTC did?

Given he's lost a few km/h in the past couple of years, he needs extra help to beat Kittel, Sagan and Greipel than he did in 2011-12-13 when at his peak. Maybe

There,s a better on by Inner Ring that compares the funding levelsof World Tour teams. Iirc it runs from about 3m euros to Sky at 30m euros in 2014. I,ll try and find it tomorrow, t,interweb connection here tonight is too patchy for
