Contador and Quintana ride the Route du Sud over the next four days. A true training race.

I've an interest in the Mur-de-Bretagne stage. Goes within a mile of the ex-GF's parents house and over roads I had a pootle on before finishing up the Mur - which is an awkward bugger to ride properly. Not that high or excessively steep, but with continual changes in gradient every few metres to throw the rhythm out.

''big four'' will turn up fully fit, but 3 will crash out on the cobbles and leave it as a cakewalk for the last man standing...

Nibbles will take a couple of minutes on the cobbles again.
