Furthermore, such vehicles will not be allowed into 20/30mph zones. Drivers should be forced to park up and use public transport.

Anyone not using an indicator when in charge of a motor vehicle and executing a turn or dispatching a signal to join traffic from a stationery position - vehicle siezed. Drivers of Audi / BMW must pull their vehicles for a mile (before surrendering their vehicle)
