Things that would iron out the really annoying wrinkles in life, or just make it feel better. Obviously making Monday illegal would be a good start but I'm more on the level of...

If its a really sunny day and you've managed to get out of work on time to run/ride or just generally enjoy it, anyone who holds you up automatically has three points added to their licence.

Whiff detectors to be installed at the entrance to public transport to prevent smelly people from travelling on the tube - especially on hot days.

Youths on scooters (motorbikes) who rev their tiny engines in a vain attempt to travel faster than 28 mph. Police snipers to take them out when the decibel level gets too high?
