Dunno but I volunteer to enforce it! Unbearably noisy I’ll second that law if you’re prepared to come around to my place, collect up the leaves and shred them so that they can compost down, otherwise I’ll carry on using mine. I have seven dustbin bags full so far this year!

The worms do it for me. Free of charge. Silent. The lawn appreciates it.

And you’re welcome to pop down and chew them up for me in lieu of the worms 😉

A ban on any political content on social media outside of actual campaign time (eg General election run up).
It’s toxic, it’s dull, it changes nothing and just creates division, anger and a constant cacophony of shouty people shouting in perpetuity. It increases the entrenched polarisation and rancour.
This applies to both the politics I agree with, and that I don’t.

This is currently the most pinned suggestion:
"Any restaurant meals served on slate, or on a block of wood should not be chargeable to the customer."

Traffic fines (parking, yellow junction infringement, speeding, etc) can only be enforced a limited number of times over a given period, at each spot. After that, any warnings put in place clearly aren't working so councils will have to make significant changes to warnings, road makings, etc, before they can start charging again (but also only for a limited number of times, after which they'll have to make further changes). If these fines are really only there for safety reasons, them I'm sure the councils won't mind...
