High Kop. Simply walk about 5 metres from the track, turn your back, then wee 😀

I've done two of the recce's (mulitple times):
Buttermere - Dalemain Dalemain - Ambleside (although at least once it was Pooley Bridge-Ambleside).
And I love them. Probably will do the Dalemain-Ambleside again, such a nice day out.

Agree with Gromit - finding a wild wee spot is harder for half of us

Perhaps it's just the ladies that enter the 100 event, but they don't seem to be very bothered

We're due a bad weather year. Probably won't even be able to see it yourself, never mind worry about being seen, on the Kops next year

This year, we'd just descended from Walna Scar and gone through a gate. I was about to ask a lady if she was ok, and quickly averted my eyes and made profuse apologies!!!

Question for those that know the 50/100 route and the surrounding areas I guess. Any suggestions if just want a "leisurely" stroll out with 2.4 kids, puppy etc while seeing some of the route at the same time please? something circular would be great but an out and back would do too. We've done the Keswick to Threlkeld section and looped back and a little out and back from Sadgill which were nice as never felt too "out there" so to speak

A loop around Chapel Stile would be nice - elterwater to side pike maybe and as much of the elevation there you fancied?
