Back into Zoom PT sessions this morning after doing a virtual 95 mile ultra over 9.5 days. I may ache in a whole new lot of places tomorrow!

Nice set up I_W!
Lammo, buying home gym equipment is a fairly big outlay up front but even with some heavy use each piece will likely last you a lifetime, so it works out at pennies per item per year. It’s expensive in that the bar & plates are just the first outlay, then there comes more & more & more & more & more & more kit. First piece is just the top of a slippery slope.

Indeed! Once you start buying things, you start thinking how good it would be to have x, y and z 😊

Yes, thanks, I think that is what worries me even more.

Sadly I don't have a garage to convert currently, mrs lammo may not be amused

I have a spare bedroom which is less than ideal for heavy weights really especially when it also serves as a dressing room and is home to the tumble dryer etc πŸ˜‚
I am selling my road bike and erected some shelving to 'store' the crap from the understairs cupboard that I need for storage for more stuff namely cushions from garden furniture, hoover, broom, mop, step ladders etc etc. (new build houses don't seem to have much storage space) This will hopefully leave me enough floor space to do some basic workouts. I will leave my box and wall ball downstairs I think as I will be using them outside so probably need to find space for those in the cupboard too πŸ™ˆ I can see a game of tetris in my future πŸ˜‚ It will all be worth it when it's sorted though I just hate 'sorting crap out'

I am very tempted to buy a ski erg but will need to see what space I have when everything is re jigged. I'm waiting on more plates to come into stock and I really want a squat stand and maybe a bench πŸ€”

Oooohhhhhh. Can we see please, SallyKate? Shiny, new kettlebells are so pretty.

Sounds like a very CrossFit type session EB.

Love a new kettle bell 😊

Yes it was. PT session was outside my normal crossfit gym with limited equipment available. I really struggle in the heat so hoping Saturday 7am won't be too bad 🀞
