Lovely dress! I cut out a jacket ages ago and didn't make it up - it's on my list of things to do by the end of April.

First, though, was curtains for our bedroom. There are internal blinds here but they don't keep enough of the morning light out - and in midsummer the sun rises before 4am. I ran these up v quickly, unlined, quite thick cotton, big grommets at the top for the pole so super easy construction. I'd have liked them just a touch longer but this was all the fabric I had.

My knitting is driving me made!
Doing a top I have made before and dint recall the lace section causing me such pain before

I thought the last bit was right so merrily carried on but I’ve lost 2 stitches so need to put in the lifeline I only just removed and redo over an inch.

This is the 3rd time I’ve done this I am now very good with lifelines!

Arrrgh! On my latest project, I missed the part where the stripes pattern should start once the ribbed section has finished...so I started it from the beginning, so will have to do the same thing on the front and both sleeves!!! My bad!

Having had many arguments with this I've now got a load of stitch markers in place

2 repeats down 3 more to go then the other side!

Are these of any use to anyone before I donate to the local book cycle?
