In my town a 3 bed sent will always be on at 325 no matter the state. A nicer one maybe a Bit more. But where mark lives there’s more variability anything’ from 175k- 300

Gus Mar 2023 10:24am, 27 Mar 2023 1,815 posts	0 Gus There’s lots of howtos online, I made one using a mix of mine and my late hubby’s T-shirts and backed it with fleece. Hardest part was deciding where to place them. I also used the ribbons from running medals as borders.
