I went with soy, honey, olive oil and chillie flakes and baked it. He liked it. :)

Got a ball of Stylecraft special from the local yarn shop. Ordered online and paid for it then drove straight round, through the little streets in town to the back door where the owner lobbed the ball over the fence to me. Surreal but fantastic service!

That looks great Katie! Must admit, I forgot I had put any tofu in the oven the other day when making the thai curry. It was only when I was dishing up and switching everything off, that I saw the oven was on: it's probably the best baked tofu I have ever 'made', nice and crispy!

I'm definitely a convert to tofu now, I had no idea it could be so tasty. Garfield, you said on my photo that you'd add garlic too, and it reminded me that I'd meant to include ginger and garlic in the marinade but I just forgot.

The soap is looking ok but it got so thick so quickly that it didn't pour very well and in trying to flatten it down with a spatula I've actually made it look like a bird has walked through it.

Meglet: you asked what I do with it all...I gift it to people mainly, and we use it of course but I really enjoy the process of making it and make far more than we can use. I feel like I'm still striving to get it right...I haven't had a perfect outcome yet.
