I’ve been busy bag making today - this ones perfectly sized for my gym bag, for hairbrush, moisturiser etc

I love the raccoon fabric, and it has the bonus of a two way zip :-)

I've bought a few old boxes off scrawlr box with a 30% off code, with a view to subscribing. One box has the challenge of abstract floral, so I've done this.

First time using oils, it's a nice medium.

nice one purps - I would *love* to be able to draw or paint, but haven't the talent. (pretty good at following a pattern though ;-) )

I get Scrawlrbox each month for my very arty teen daughter. She doesn’t usually get into doing the challenge but is always excited about more materials.

I might tackle a quilt in 2020. I love making them (log cabin style) but they’re not so easy to pick up / put down as crochet is. However, my niece is getting married in June and I’ve offered to make her one as a wedding present, if she wants me too. Still waiting to hear what she thinks of the idea!

Otherwise, I have two more crochet blankets planned. I made four last year (one as a gift). I like the look of the Botanica CAL (although will probably just buy the pattern) and ages ago bought the yarn pack for Spice of Life so must get that done.

That’s a lovely bag fraggle - did you follow a pattern? I like making boxy bags but yours looks more practical, a bigger opening.
