Does anyone have any experience of transferring a Simply Crochet / Simply Knitting subscriptions from one iPhone to another?

Since I upgraded my phone I can only access about 1/3 of the back issues I’ve bought. Those I can download have a ‘read now’ bar under the copy, those I can’t have a grey ‘view’ button.

I’ve emailed the support guys but I’m not hopeful as they haven’t got back to me over a different issue. It’s very frustrating as some of the patterns I can’t get to are for Christmas presents.

Now that I've had a huge fabric clearout I'm wondering if I left myself enough to make a few of these: craftingarainbow.wordpress.com - no sewing required, just cut, fold and iron.
