Painting the living and dining rooms. Initially planned while my youngest was away but she was unable to do so in March as she had a cough.
As she has a learning disability and an uneven gait, she will touch everything and it will be a waste of time.

Day 2 of a 6 day not WFH easter break and have read a couple of books on kindle. Haven't started finishing painting the hall woodwork(started before Xmas), started emulsioning bedroom or home office for which all the paint is sitting. There is also the small matter of the empty flat that needs decorated before putting back on the market but I'm just going la-la-la on it- its only a couple of miles up the road but wouldn't want to be accused of doing a Catherine! !

I didn't wash the windowsills but I did clean (somewhat half heartedly) the kitchen cupboard that houses my cake tins. Unfortunately one of the 'fingers' from OH's pasta hanger thing rolled down the back of the cupboard and it will need taking the plinth off to retrieve it.
This surely proves the unwisdom of doing these jobs we never get round to.
