I hope you've followed the procedure laid down in section 455 subsection 3.49 relating to registration of any record of gravel held in private hands. I'd hate for anyone to have their (purple) lanyard confiscated under such circumstances, although to be fair with things as clearly explained as they are, you'd only have yourself to blame.
