I went racing in the US and still put more weight than that on :-)

Dropped a little more through the first week on Feb.

Ness I haven’t been drinking for the past couple of months, and try to limit my carbs, so that helped.

I have gone cold turkey on my long term prescription meds. I have been through hell and back and not eaten much at all the last three days. I suspect I have lost weight... Which I didn't need or want to do. Will weigh on Saturday, when I have hopefully recovered a bit.

So more good news here. I do trend analysis rather than pure weighloss and monitor the high points in my excessive weigh in cycles.

High point is now lower than Jan's Final weight and I dropped into the 73s for the first time this morning.

I'm still not getting it right but I am improving.

Zero pop is still easy as well :-)

I decided to hold off checking my weight prior to my target race last weekend. Will check tomorrow.

Can I join, I just read Gimmemedals blog and thought - well that is me as well. I have been trying to lose just under a stone for the longest time. Every week I weigh in on Friday and never does it really change! I am 11st 5 and really need to be 10st 7 to be in a healthy range.
Last Friday I was 11st 5.2 (or 72kg)
