How's everyone doing?

I weighed in this morning, 13st 3lb
It's a set point that takes a while to get past so I'm not worried. Been tracking everything and eating moderately. Still eating in the evening but not as much

Did some intervals yesterday and they felt more do-able than when I was marathon training so maybe some weight has come off since then but I don't know because I wasn't weighing myself

Hi, BennyTempo! ๐Ÿ‘‹

I am still recovering from my calf strain. Did it a couple of days after Chester. Just so glad it held up for the actual race! Being away on holiday meant my weight went up a little but not as much as I expected it might. Trying to get back on track so I can get down to my target race weight.

Good news that your interval session went well.

As we are moving into Autumn, I have trouble with bowel movements again... Must make sure I drink enough water... It isn't helping the weight or the bloating!

always a risk when I write not being silly in a sentence that involves me :-)

I'm currently sticking in this 72.x 73 hole so looks like something silly may be needed afterall

Hi Ness that's good news ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's always good when the weight doesn't go up as much as expected after a holiday period

Hope your calf injury is recovering well.

It is always good. You're right, BT. And surprising given the large breakfasts I ate!

Calf is much better thanks. Sticking with a run-walk approach for now. My pace is not far off what I usually do.

Iโ€™m having a disaster at the moment. Heaviest Iโ€™ve been for about 6 years! Itโ€™s โ€˜onlyโ€™ half a stone, but then it could be โ€˜onlyโ€™ a stone soon ๐Ÿ˜ฑ I know that I need to stop snacking on junk in between meals and after dinner.

Lin, I found eating within an 10 hour window really helped me. I can snack, but funnily enough don't feel the need, within that window. So the window starts with breakfast, finishes with supper. Set the start time when you usually eat breakfast, then don't eat after supper until breakfast time.

Sounds like a good plan, Hanneke. Hope you find what works for you, lin50.
