I weighed myself this morning 13st 3lb
So I am 3.8lbs lighter since Saturday

But I think it's just a fluctuation
Water weight.
Could have been be bowel content as well.
We'll see

That is why I only weight in the morning after a coffee and bowel movement and wee... Before eating anything and always wearing just underpants and vest... So everything is constant.
I do wonder how much not hydrating properly the day before has an influence...

Yeah, best to weigh in the same conditions and situation consistently
Absolutely, water weight makes a massive difference
I reckon salt balance affects weight too

It's too extreme and depriving to cut something you like out completely, such as biscuits, but it can be difficult to moderate them at the same time.

My thing I struggle with isn't a particular food, it's a particular time, i.e. overeating late at night. Eat moderately during the day, if anything a
too little to compensate for eating at night.

It's hard to find a balance

morning all I keep lurking and have been a bit lax lately (weekends away, holidays, celebrations you know that life thing)

But I got weighed last week (first time in a while) as I knew the lbs were creeping on and I was headed to the next stone bracket - eek. So I got back on it this week, work stress has meant that I've been coasting, making the same meals as they take no thinking about. So got the books out found some new and some forgotten meals and planned like a ninja. Pleased to report a 2lb loss.

It really is a constant battle but I know I felt so much better last year when I was lighter, I now have 4lb to get back to a comfortable weight but would like 7lb off. I will pop by a bit more.
