Yes, I'm in the "like to lose about a stone" camp, except I use kg and voted against Brexit, or would have done had I not fled the country in anticipation of the outcome of the vote
I would also have not looked at this thread with the current title.
Fetch - I'm wondering - does this happen often, that someone contacts you about a thread title? Would asking for input before the change have been a possibility? It has generated some good debate though for sure.

Hibee - it’s a pretty rare occurrence. I was quite taken aback at the reaction to removing those terms from the title. However, on establishing that, I have suggested that the thread comes up with its own title, and I’d be happy to go with that, so long as it’s half reasonable

Ok, how about: Inbetweenies - Not quite ripped and not quite curvaceous: a weightloss thread for those looking to loose about a stone.

It is hard trying to please everyone and get the thread contents across Dvorak!

Perhaps we could just revert to the original title and forget the discourtesy of changing it at the behest of ONE person when many fare-paying passengers have contributed for 10 years in good humour. Anyway, I'm off for a walk with my Norman Cook playlist!

How about:
Inbetweenies - (but also including outbetweenies so no one feels left out) who are trying to lose about a stone (or not).
Is that inclusive enough?

I will probably get slated for this but anyone who complains about the words skinny and fat git should be more worried about health aspects than the words.
